Motorola Edge Specifications, Price, and Release Date

On April 22, 2020, Motorola introduced the Edge smartphone. The smartphone sports a 21:9 aspect ratio 6.70-inch touchscreen. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 processor powers the Motorola Edge. It has 4GB of RAM built-in. The Motorola Edge has a 4500mAh battery and runs Android 10. The Motorola Edge offers its own kind of quick charging.

The Motorola Edge has three cameras: a 64-megapixel (f/1.8, 0.8-micron) primary camera, a 16-megapixel (f/2.2, 1.0-micron), and an 8-megapixel (f/2.4, 1.12-micron) camera on the back. It has a 25-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture and 0.9-micron pixels for selfies. The 128GB internal storage on the Motorola Edge, which runs Android 10, may be increased via a microSD card (up to 1000GB). A dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) phone called the Motorola Edge will take Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Motorola Edge weighs 188.00 grams and has dimensions of 161.64 x 71.10 x 9.29mm. Midnight Magenta and Solar Black were the colors used for the launch. It is water and dust resistant and has an IP54 certification.

Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with compatibility for Band 40 used by select LTE networks in India), and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards are among the Motorola Edge's connectivity choices. The phone contains a barometer, gyroscope, compass/magnetometer, accelerometer, proximity sensor, in-display fingerprint sensor, and other sensors.
