Google Pixel 3a XL Summary
The Pixel 3a XL has a 6-inch full-HD+ OLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Thankfully, it lacks the large notch that the Pixel 3 XL was criticized for. The display offers three color profiles that allow you to modify the monitor's output. It features wide viewing angles and strong contrast. The Pixel 3a XL also has stereo speakers, however, they are not front-firing like the Pixel 3 XL. The dual speakers give a fair output but sound tinny at full power.
The Pixel 3a XL is larger than the Pixel 3a and may not be as pleasant to use for everyone. It features a single Nano-SIM slot but supports dual SIM capability with an E-SIM. If your carrier supports E-SIM, you can use it to its full potential. It also features a 3.5mm headphone port, something Pixel devices have lacked since the Pixel 2. Google has chosen an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC in the mid-range. There is only one Pixel 3a XL model available, and it includes 64GB of fixed storage and 4GB of RAM. Google, on the other hand, provides limitless low-resolution photo storage.
As a Pixel device, it runs a vanilla Android Pie with some Google customization on top. Pixel smartphones are known to receive software and security upgrades on a regular basis. Google guarantees three years of software support for the Pixel 3a XL. The smartphone provides a solid user experience, with no latency or stuttering during our testing. Similar to the Pixel 3, the primary camera is a 12.2-megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor. It sports a single, 8-megapixel selfie camera up front. The majority of the Pixel 3's camera functions, including Night Sight, Super Res Zoom, and Playground, are included. The Pixel 3a XL's camera performance is excellent, and it produces clear images in the majority of lighting situations.
The Pixel 3a XL sports a 3700mAh battery from Google, which contributes to its long battery life. The 18W Type-C charger from the search engine giant is also packaged in the box with the Pixel 3a XL to speed up charging. Once the Pixel 3a XL was completely charged, we could continue for more than a day and a half.
